Pressure washing and soft washing use specialized equipment that can expose hidden, pre-existing structural issues. It is the property owner's strict responsibility to identify and notify us of any pre-existing degradation, loose mortar, brittle siding, wood rot, or water leaks prior to the commencement of any physical work.

Mandatory Site Preparation Requirements

By requesting, booking, or scheduling services through this website, the property owner acknowledges and agrees to the following mandatory site preparation rules before our crew arrives on location:

• Water & Utility Access: The client must provide an unobstructed, fully functioning, and pressurized on-site water source (outdoor spigot) capable of sustained flow, alongside access to electricity (if explicitly requested). While Mile Hydro Wash LLC can provide our own water source for your project, please note that water delivery fees will be added to your total project pricing.
• Property Clearance: The client must remove all outdoor furniture, vehicles, decorations, potted plants, grills, and fragile items from the immediate work area. We are not liable for damage to items left in the active work zone.
• Securing the Structure: The client must ensure all windows, doors, and pet openings are tightly closed and completely sealed. The company is not responsible for internal water intrusion caused by faulty seals, warped framing, or unlatched openings.
• Safety & Hazard Control: All pets and children must remain safely indoors for the entire duration of the service.

Colorado Governing Law

This website, its legal notices, and any physical exterior cleaning services rendered shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action, dispute, or proceeding related to this website or our commercial/residential services shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting within the State of Colorado.
